Wing Jacking System

  • The tool shown represent one half of the Wing Jacking System. The tool facilitates automated painting of the wing with robotic equipment.
  • During robotic painting the wing is raised and lowered on three automated jacks that are synchronized with robotic motion of the painting system. The jacking system is designed to perform in a Class I, Division I, hazardous area.
  • Our scope in this project includes controls design and documentation, software development, electrical equipment fabrication, and on-site testing of the completed system.
