Control Tech is searching for an Electrical Technical to support our growing, equipment and tooling, engineering activities. We provide competitive salaries and benefits, challenging and interesting assignments to the qualified Technician.

• The selected candidate will build and assemble a broad range of wire harnesses, motor controls, control panels, and electro-mechanical assemblies.

• Requires the ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and test procedures.

• The selected candidate will be responsible for in-shop fabrication and assist with testing unique, highly engineered, custom aerospace tooling and controls system projects.

• Occasional on-site assembly or bring-up at customer facilities may be required.

• Opportunities for growth into broader operations work scope such as procurement, quality management, and supplier management are an option.

• Experienced at layout and fabrication of UL 508A electrical panels to engineering print with little supervision.

• Experience at integrating UL panels, motors, pneumatic and hydraulic components into electro- mechanical equipment and tooling.

• High school diploma required. AA degree in a technical field a plus.

• Quality workmanship, error free work, and attention to detail are paramount.

• Ability to work with hand tools and small power tools.

• Must work well with other engineers and technicians on multi-disciplined technical teams.

• Good communication skills, verbally and in writing, with management, customers, suppliers, and co-workers.

• Previous experience with MS Office.

• Previous experience with mechatronics, robotics, and automation is desirable.
