Wing Jacking System
Three automated jacks raise the wing enabling a robotic painter on tracks to paint underneath. When the jacks lower the wing the robotic painter is able to paint the top of the wing. The entire system is coordinated with the robot controller for efficiency.
- Class I, Division I, hazardous area tooling
- Automated jacks raise and lower aircraft wings during robotic painting
- Jack system coordinates with robot controller to provide synchronized robotic motion for painting
